The Replacement Warranty and Its Limits

Every product sold on Tate Digital Shop carries the express replacement warranty described in the Refund Policy: if Google removes or breaks your access during your covered period through no fault of yours, Tate Digital Shop replaces it and re-invites you at no extra cost.

• The warranty is a replacement promise for your covered period. It ends on your logged coverage end date and does not extend beyond it.
• Tate Digital Shop does not control third-party platforms and cannot promise that Google will never change features, rules, or availability. What it promises is that platform-side breakage during your covered period is repaired under the warranty.
• Beyond that express replacement warranty, no additional warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are given, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tate Digital Shop, its owners, operators, staff, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any order, product, or use of the website.

If Tate Digital Shop is found liable for any claim, total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

Force Majeure
